She sighed and closed her eyes. "She left the country. I'm pretty sure hanging with me is that last thing she wants to do." She waited for a moment, trying to decide if she would say what she was thinking. "Even if I would tell her how I feel she won't understand."

Arabella felt a jolt of irritation. "Oh, well I've only known her my whole life. I know just what she's like." She said quickly, trying to sound calm.

"What makes you think you know so much. You may no my sister but you don't know me." She paused for a second. "You may know about me but you don't know me." She was really starting to wonder where they were going and regretting saying she'd go.

"Word on the street has it that Nationals is quite the hoopla this year. They're going all out. Something about Zombies and Michael Jackson." Max shrugged.

"I do it partly so I look like I have friends. I don't really know what is going on." She turned to had back the way they came. "I prefer to dance just haven't had the chance to find a place to do it."
